Qatar Tourism Authority is set to host a six-week entertainment festival covering a wide range of activities suitable for all the family.
Starting on October 6, the Doha Park 2011 will feature more than 100 entertainment events and attractions including an amusement park, international circus acts from Europe, Russia, Egypt and China, theatrical plays, concerts and a 3D cinema, as well as a play area for children, a live theatre, bumper cars and video games.
Organised by QTA in partnership with Economic Group, the festival will occupy 30,000sq.m at a newly-upgraded event area near the Doha exhibition centre and will run from October 6 to November 17, ending with Eid al-Adha celebrations.
