LAI Games will introduce six new games this autumn, all of which will be on show at the IAAPA Attractions Expo in November.
The first of its releases is prize merchandiser Stack ‘N’ Grab. Before players can grab their chosen prize with the crane they must win a shortened version of the Stacker building block game.
If the player successfully stacks the blocks to the top they use a four-pronged crane claw to grab the prize they want. Because the crane portion of the game is dependent on winning the Stacker portion, operators have complete control over the game’s payout. The claw can accommodate eight to 14ins toys but other size claws are available. This game is due to start shipping in October.
A new version of the Snapshot photo booth is also being launched. The deluxe booth will feature a stainless steel seating bar, side curtains giving greater privacy and an operator-selectable email feature, which will be available from mid-November) allowing guests to send their photos to an email address, Facebook or Twitter account or Bluetooth device.
