SafeCharge International has announced the acquisition of xt:Commerce.
xt:Commerce is a provider of e-shops and e-commerce solutions with clients including Osram, Volkswagon Accessories, 3M Online Shop, Butlers, Mindfactory, Marktkauf, Delsey and Bugatti.
"Online commerce continues to grow rapidly, and this acquisition will enable SafeCharge to offer advanced and enhanced services that will better meet the growing demand of global merchants. This includes a robust, e-commerce platform and secure online payment processing capabilities," said David Avgi CEO of SafeCharge.
