A survey conducted by the research department of CasExe, a gaming software developer, has found that 94 per cent of gaming companies regularly struggle with fraud.

In total, 50 gambling companies, operating in the CIS and European countries, participated in the research. The survey ran from June-July 2017.

Most of the online gaming business owners are concerned about the phenomenon of bonus hunting, the act of taking advantage of incentives designed to attract new players to a site, in order to gain the most profit from all the promotions available. This type of fraudulent activity was indicated by 85 per cent of the operators.

Based on the survey, 82 per cent of online gaming business proprietors are dissatisfied with payment systems integrated into their online casino projects. Mainly, the problems of regional restricted acceptance of payments are highlighted by 72 per cent of those surveyed.

Nineteen per cent of the operators reported on regular payment software failures or delays.

The study has also found out that a quarter of the online gaming business owners are not satisfied with their affiliates, with 19 per cent of respondents noting similar problems with platform providers for online casinos.
