Swedish online gaming operator Betsson has complained to the European Commission over the continued "flagrant breach" of EU law by the Netherlands.

“Betsson views the ongoing confusion in the Dutch market as unacceptable,” the company said.
“The current law in the Netherlands is not in line with EU law and we have asked the commission to reopen the infringement procedings that were initiated against the Netherlands in 2006,” said CEO and president Ulrik Bengtsson (pictured).
