Catena Media has acquired German-language affiliate casino sites MrGamez.net and Spielekiste.de from Delilah Holdings for an initial €4.2m, with a further maximum earn-out of €2.25m.
The sites, the main markets for which are Germany and Switzerland, are expected to generate quarterly sales of around €300,000 with an operating margin of approximately 80 per cent.
“The acquisition of MrGamez.net and Spielekiste.de will broaden our German presence and provide further growth in German-speaking markets,” said Robert Andersson, CEO of Catena Media.
“With this acquisition we are further strengthening our pan-European portfolio.”
