Yggdrasil Gaming is to establish a new parent company and expanded Stockholm office.
As part of the move, the company is set to hire staff for a new graphics team.
Yggdrasil chief executive officer Fredrik Elmqvist said: “We are hugely excited to be establishing a new epicentre for Yggdrasil in Stockholm, the hometown of many of our team and a key centre of i-gaming excellence, and we will now start recruiting.
“With the maturity and consolidation of the industry in Stockholm, it is now the right time for us to enter the stage and provide something fresh.
“We have been acting as an independent company since inception. Our rapid progress means it is important we create a corporate structure that will enhance our growth potential in the future, and aid our mission of becoming the best games supplier in the industry.”
