Storm Gaming Technology has received investment capital from corporate finance specialists Intrinsic Equity.
Intrinsic Equity joins an ownership group that includes Sportingbet founder Mark Blandford’s Rockridge Investments, alongside Storm Gaming CEO and founder Richard Sheldon and gaming industry veteran Steve Murray.
As part of the investment Intrinsic Equity’s James Grenfell will join the Storm Gaming board.
Grenfell said: “We have invested in Storm at an exciting time and look forward to helping Richard and Steve accelerate their plans as a global provider of multi-platform compelling games content.”
Sheldon added: “Through their long-standing relationship with Steve and their recent work with Core Gaming and Sky, James and his team at Intrinsic saw an opportunity to invest and support the business with their financial and sector knowledge.”
