Caesars Entertainment is considering selling its interactive gaming unit, Caesars Interactive Entertainment, after the company received several unsolicited bids of up to $4bn, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Citing an unnamed source, the WSJ said the potential sale of CIE is being handled by investment bank Raine Group.

CIE, which owns the World Series of Poker brand, generated $282.7m in earnings (EBITDA) with sales of $766.5m last year.
