Sportech has named current corporate development director Mickey Kalifa as the company’s new chief financial officer.
On January 4, the handover of responsibilities from outgoing CFO Cliff Baty will begin with Kalifa officially taking up the role on March 3, when the company announces its results for the 12 months to December 31, 2015.
Roger Withers, chairman of Sportech, said: "I am delighted to welcome Mickey to the board.
“He is a highly valued member of our executive team, and has played a significant role in the development of our business interests in the US and Canada.
“I would also like to thank Cliff for his contribution to the Board, and wish him well in his future career,” added Withers.
