Scientific Games, which runs its online gaming business from servers located in Atlantic City, has been approved by New Jersey regulators to offer its gaming content across state lines to the Delaware Lottery’s online gaming platform.
The content will be offered via servers located in Atlantic City’s Caesars, which will then be offered via an i-gaming platform of the Delaware Lottery. The content will only be available to people in Delaware.
David Rebuck, director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, said in a statement: "This arrangement exemplifies a great collaborative effort between the Delaware Lottery, the New Jersey DGE, Scientific Games, and Caesars Interactive Entertainment.”
