Online bookmaker Betway has completed its registration with the Independent Betting Adjudication Service.
IBAS is a non-statutory UK organisation that delivers adjudications to those in the betting industry who are in dispute with their customers, only when customers have been through the operator’s own internal dispute procedures and a deadlock exists.
Richard Akitt, CEO of Betway, said: “As a company rapidly expanding in the UK market, Betway felt that it was important to provide our customers with access to IBAS.”
