Sports betting software provider OpenBet has been awarded a One Star accreditation in the 2015 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For survey.
“To receive recognition in the survey is a fantastic achievement,” said Doreena Ross, OpenBet vice president of human resources.
“The ranking is widely acknowledged and respected as a barometer of workforce motivation and engagement. It supports our standing in the market with our customers and helps us to attract an even greater pool of talent.”
The scores and ratings assessed to compile the lists are based solely on employee opinions across eight categories.
“The fact that it is an anonymous survey, and qualification for inspection is dependent on a strong response rate among a company’s employees, goes to show that OpenBet is held in high regard by those that work here,” added Ross.
“The survey has helped us identify areas we can change for the better, as well as celebrating the aspects in which we do well.”
