Amaya Gaming is to provide technology, including a poker platform and casino content, for goldennuggetpoker.com and goldennuggetcasino.com, the online brands of Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino.
Golden Nugget operates four hotels and casinos in the US, in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Laughlin and Biloxi. A fifth venue was recently announced for a site in Louisiana.
Under the terms of the agreement, Amaya will receive a share of the revenue generated from the sites - all subject to necessary regulatory requirements and approvals.
Thomas Winter, vice president online gaming of Landry's Inc, which operates Golden Nugget, said: "We intend to be a preferred early stage operator of real-money online gaming as regulation progresses in the US, initially in New Jersey and Nevada.
“To thrive in this market, we need to deliver a best-in-class online and mobile player experience.”
David Baazov, Amaya CEO, added: "This deal expands our existing partnership with Golden Nugget through the addition of our casino product to their poker offering; a result of both the quality of our offering and our strategic partnerships with both Bally and SHFL."
