The Tropicana Casino and Resort has become the fifth recipient of an online gaming permit in New Jersey, following those awarded to the Borgata, the Golden Nugget, the Trump Plaza and the Trump Taj Mahal.
The Tropicana is collaborating with Gamesys, which runs jackpotjoy.com, to offer online gaming in the Garden State.
An invitation-only soft launch of i-gaming in New Jersey kicks off on November 21. The brakes come off five days later with permit holders able to offer real-money intrastate online gaming from November 26.
