In early June, Yggdrasil Gaming hosted the grand opening of its office in Kraków, Poland. INTERGAMINGi went along to take a look.

Yggdrasil

KRAKÓW is Poland’s second largest city, after the capital Warsaw. It is famous for many historical reasons and home to a huge student population with some sources citing student numbers of around 200,000.

The city is permanent home to 760,000, according to Wikipedia, with another eight million living within a 100km radius of the city. In a country of approximately 38 million residents, Kraków is something of a big deal, then. But that isn’t the real reason that Yggdrasil Gaming opened a major studio in the city.
