LAST summer, two gaming companies - iGame and Plus One Dreams - made the decision to merge. The new company would become a blend of two similarly sized but, when it comes to company culture, very different companies

Name, structure and attention to detail would come from one company, while office space and a focus on staff wellbeing and benefits would come from the other. Surely all these qualities simply complement each other – what could go wrong?
