After more than a decade supporting clients in the online gaming industry, Income Access has grown into a mature, resilient business spearheaded by Nicky Senyard. The CEO talks to iNTERGAMINGi.

“HAVING started out in 2002, we’ve been around long enough to see a lot of change and growth.” When Nicky Senyard speaks she does so calmly and with quiet authority, her Australian accent tinged with a warm North American burr thanks to many years living in Montreal, Canada.

Senyard’s manner is likeable and easy going but there can be no doubt that she sounds like the boss. Like a leader. “Our business began as an affiliate software platform,” she continues. “What’s happened since then is that the original company model has evolved into three very distinct businesses, one focused on technology, one on digital marketing and the last on traffic.

“What we’re best known for is the services offered through Income Access Technologies, which focuses on our tracking, reporting and ad-serving software, which is used for providing insight into acquisitions and other marketing performance metrics.”

In recent months, Senyard announced the launch of a marketing agency, Access Digital Marketing. So why now? “What not everyone knows is that we’ve been offering digital marketing services for three years, and have started doing enough to justify the need to launch a dedicated agency.

“This is a boutique agency – so we do not intend to take on more than 15 to 20 clients, many of which were already clients. We know where our experience lies, and that’s with understanding the industry and our clients’ businesses.”
