Japan’s Sega Sammy has successfully won a public tender to develop Centum City, a recreation and business complex in Busan.

The $370m project will include hotel and entertainment facilities across a 150,000sq.m site.

“The group aims to enter into the resort complex and casino business based on its wide-ranging knowledge and abundant experience in entertainment,” the company said. “The purpose of this project is to accumulate further know-how on the development and operation of resort complexes.”
