Timezone Group has announced it will manufacture, under licence, leading coin-op amusement games such as Treasure Quest from ICE and Monster Drop from Benchmark at its LAI Games factory in Indonesia.
"With 228 stores currently in operation, Timezone has high consumption requirements within its large store network," said Timezone's CEO Sonaal Chopra. "Manufacturing games under licence in Indonesia will help generate efficiencies and as a result consume a lot more product within our existing stores. This is good economics for us as well as for the licensors of the games."
Timezone has been encouraged to further step up production at its Indonesia factory in 2012, given the aggressive on-going growth plan.
