The Illinois Gaming Board has approved Incredible Technologies' application for manufacturer and distributor licences under the state's Video Gaming Act.
As a result of the decision, the company will be able to sell its Magic Touch Illinois Gaming Terminal collection of video slot and poker games to operators when the act comes into effect.
Welcoming the announcement, Incredible Technologies’ president and CEO, Elaine Hodgson, said it represents another milestone in the evolution of the company.
"Five years ago we chose gaming as our direction for strategic growth while holding our position of leadership in the amusement industry," she said. "Now we’re seeing the amusement industry undergoing that very same diversification into gaming."
The company plans to offer over 30 video slot and poker games designed specifically for the Illinois market, including its successful Golden Tee Golf game.
