The San Diego mother of two who filed and then dropped a federal lawsuit against CEC Entertainment (parent company of the Chuck E. Cheese's family pizza restaurant chain) claiming games that awarded tickets redeemable for prizes were illegal gambling devices, has refiled her lawsuit in a California state court.

The federal lawsuit asked for $5m; this lawsuit does not seek any money.
