Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products have agreed a partnership that will see their characters make appearances at locations owned by UK-based operator Greene King.

Wacky Warehouse play centres, Hungry Horse restaurants and Fayre and Square restaurants will all host a variety of themed events featuring properties such as Paw Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants and JoJo Siwa.

The “Summer of Awesomeness” campaign will run until September 10 will involve a selection of family-focused activities and themed competitions for families to enjoy.

Marianne James, vice president of commercial partnerships, consumer products and experiences for UK and Ireland, Nickelodeon UK, said: “This is the first time that we have embarked on a multi-property partnership with UK restaurant chains and Greene King is the perfect partner.

“The properties included ensure that kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens, are catered for in the campaign. From pup parties at Wacky Warehouse to JoJo Siwa-themed arts and crafts, it certainly is going to be an awesome summer!”
