Mark Karny has become the customer service representative for Innovative Technology Americas, working out of the company’s Wisconsin, US, office.

Karny’s role will be to help the company’s US operations, supporting customers with inquiries, fulfilling orders and managing regional stock. He has over 40 years’ sales experience in the technology industry.

Karny will report to Rebecca White, vice president of sales and business development for the American subsidiary. The parent company, based in the UK, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
