Antony Hopkins has been appointed director of international markets for Arena Racing Company, the UK-based racecourse operator.
The company has 16 racecourses in Britain. Formerly with SIS for 13 years, ultimately as head of international business, Hopkins helped develop a horse and greyhound racing channel for the newly regulated Spanish market and also worked on locations in the Caribbean, Indian sub-continent, Russia, Iraq, Latvia, Latin America and the Far East.
Hopkins will take up his post with ARC in September.
