Landmark Leisure, the owner of the series of FECs operating under the Fun City, Fun Ville, Fun Block and Fun Works brands, opened the newest location at the Ezdan Mall, Al Wakra, Qatar.

Senior executives from the Dubai-based company were on hand for the opening, including COO Silvio Liedtke, who said: “As a group we are committed to enriching lives around us with this neighbourhood concept. Fun Ville, our product, is delivering a never-tiring and well-balanced family entertainment offering relevant to the community in which it is located. Fun Ville is home for all families with children aged two to 10 years.”

The FEC has 19,000sq.ft of space and includes the popular Play Zone for the four-to-12 age group, which is multi-leveled with climbing frames, interactive elements, crawl tunnels, padded obstacles, rope bridges, ball pools and slides. The object is to help children’s physical, social, mental and emotional skills and to use their imagination in exploratory play.

Popular rides and games include bumper cars, log flume, super swing and Hello Kitty. The other five Qatar locations for Fun Ville are also in the Ezdan Mall, plus the Asmakh Mall, Al Khor Mall, Barwa Village and Barwa City Mall.
