Sim Leisure Gulf Contracting has successfully developed theming and attractions for Mattel Play! Town, a family edutainment centre, in conjunction with ISG Middle East.
Located in the Meraas City Walk development in Dubai, the 5,000sq.m location is based on five Mattel brands: Thomas and Friends, Barney, Angelina Ballerina, Bob the Builder and Fireman Sam.
Each themed area offers its own distinct learning and play experience, from a soft play structure and 4D cinema in the Thomas and Friends zone to foam building blocks, working conveyor belts and sand play tables with Bob the Builder.
“Working closely with ISG, Meraas and Mattel, we jointly produced the construction drawings and layout of the attractions, paying particular attention to the details of each brand,” said Sim Leisure’s Tim Hopcraft. "From the moment guests enter Mattel Play! Town, the distinct characters come to life.
“Beautifully decorated facades along with striking graphics and fresh, unique attractions combine to provide a truly captivating experience.”
