Cash handling equipment provider Innovative Technology has appointed Andy Bassam as vice president of customer support.
Bassam has headed up the company’s customer support for the last five years and has worked in the cash handling industry for more than 15 years.
He said: “Innovative Technology’s customer support is a truly global operation with staff from different continents providing round-the-clock support for customers. We believe in constant development and are keen to improve the level of technical assistance we can provide to our expanding customer base.”
Operations director TJ Crowley said: “I would like to congratulate Andy on his promotion to VP of customer support. His contribution to the growth of our global technical support team over the last five years is clear for all to see.”
