D-Bat Academies, a baseball training operation in the US, has installed Embed’s cashless system in 33 of its sites.
D-Bat uses Embed for the cashless operation of its batting cages and for various marketing and pricing opportunities provided by the system's tiered membership level controls.
This allows guests to choose from two monthly membership plans - platinum membership includes unlimited cage credits plus discounts on lessons, camps and clinics and pro shop merchandise. The gold level gives guests 15 free credits per day, plus discounts. Non-members pay full price for all services.
The operator also offers birthday party packages that include free credits for party guests plus instruction and one hour of virtual baseball or softball.
