Saudi Arabian operator Al Othaim won a top award at the big Recon Middle East and Africa trade show and convention, recently held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The event is organised by the Middle East council of shopping centres and its international council.
Recon has a strong entertainment element to its characteristics and it was through this sector that Al Othaim won two awards. First there was one for the Best Retail Store Design for its FabyLand FEC at Dubai Festival City. Then there was the best retail store launch for its Snow City at Rabwa, Diyadh, Saudi Arabia.
