Debit card systems specialist Embed has chalked up another significant operator success, this time with major chain Enchanted Castle in the US.
Upgrades to Enchanted Castle in Illinois represents the 120th successful collaboration between the CenterEdge facility management software and Embed’s smarTouch cashless solution.
Enchanted Castle is using the smartTouch swipe readers to go 100 per cent ticketless, as the readers add all tickets directly to the card with visual and audio effects. The CenterEdge Advantage Point of Sale and Groups suite drives in-store transactions and online reservations, so that guests can schedule upcoming celebrations and choose options.
Enchanted Castle has three major Chicago-area locations, the largest of which has grown from 10,000sq.ft in 1983 to 60,000sq.ft today.
