AstroZone, an FEC based in Safwa, Saudi Arabia, has implemented Semnox’s cashless debit card system.
Semnox’s RFID-based debit card readers have been installed for all of the location’s amusement equipment. In addition, a fully-fledged inventory and redemption module is used for redeeming gifts through the same game card, which helps business transparency and increases the productivity of the cashiers. The customers also get to use a single card for playing games as well as collecting tickets on the card that can be used for redemption.
Shreyas Rai, sales manager at Semnox Solutions, said: “We are seeing an increasing number of customers from the Middle East showing interest in our products and services, looking at our speed of implementation and our 24/7 customer service offered post-implementation.”
