A successful first year is reported by Embed for its debit card system installation at Brighton Pier, a top UK tourist attraction.
The historic pier attracts around four million visitors each year and hosts many rides and attractions. Built in 1899, it has been completely refurbished and the Embed system installed includes point-of-sale solutions.
The attractions use the Embed Access Control scanners to manage visitor access and usage throughout the pier.
“The Embed system has provided a far greater insight into rides usage and rider behaviour and gives invaluable data for the operation of the rides offering,” said David Rochford of Brighton Pier company.
