Debit card systems supplier Embed this month celebrates its 25th successful collaboration with major international operator ACS Amusements based in Cincinnati, in the US state of Ohio.
The American operator has more than 40 years’ experience of running amusements in FECs and other locations across the US.
It manages games, redemption equipment and supplies and provides a maintenance service, and has just entered the international market with expansion into Alberta, Canada.
Jeff Ernst, the CEO at ACS, is a keen supporter of Embed. He said: “It has allowed us to grow our business on a national scale and helped our customers realise an immediate increase in sales and profitability because of the controls and efficiencies created by the Embed system.
“It enables my technical staff to access the data they need to quickly recognise troubled games and delivers to our accounting people the information they need to collect revenues on a timely basis.”
