Adding a loyalty scheme to an arcade or adult gaming centre can pay dividends, a point made by UK-based Carnaby Gaming, which has just completed successful field trials of its Bonus Rewards loyalty system.

Carnaby Gaming Bonus Rewards

The company’s subsidiary, Carnaby Data Systems, has installed the Bonus Rewards system into a major adult gaming centre on the east coast of the UK and after extensive testing, a second installation has been supplied to the same operator. This will permit the linking of various featured promotions between the two locations.

The Bonus Rewards system is designed to deliver cash, ticket, voucher or other types of prizes completely at random within pre-set limits of higher and lower values. It is not a gaming device but a marketing tool rewarding regular patrons for their continued loyalty; nevertheless, it is designed specifically to operate within the AGC environment and provide an enhanced visitor experience.

Bonus Rewards is displayed on a wall-mounted screen, showing the cash value of the prizes to be awarded. Multiple reward pots can be operated simultaneously, and there is also the option of linking prize pots between different locations.

The system can also be used to monitor player traffic between locations within the same organisation, as well as identifying registered self-excluded players.
