It is with enormous sadness that InterGame has to report that Simon Liddle, editor of InterGame magazine and a member of our team for more than seven years, passed away this morning at the age of 32.

Simon Liddle

Bright, determined and hard-working, Simon was the editor of InterGaming magazine before taking on the role of editor of the company’s flagship title, InterGame.

Simon was diagnosed with cancer in July 2015 but continued to work hard and apply himself with typical good humour and stoicism.

InterGame has lost a dear friend and one of its most loyal and respected employees. Our hearts are breaking but our thoughts are with Simon’s family and close friends, especially with his wife Rebecca and their young son Rafe.

Christine Butterworth, managing director and publisher of InterGame Ltd, commented: “We are all totally devastated by the news of Simon’s death. He was extremely well loved and respected by all of us at InterGame and in the business. He will be very greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rebecca, his baby son Rafe and all his family.”
