Cash management solutions company Intercard, has opened a new call centre in Subic Bay, Philippines, to assist phone-based customer service in Asia and Australasia.

Intercard, a major force in debit cards for both the amusement and casino industries, is responding to a rapid growth in its business in China, Australia and New Zealand, where sales have doubled annually for each of the past four years.

The office in Subic Bay has five full-time technicians who are trained in all forms of support for Intercard hardware and software and will operate from 8am until 5pm, five days a week.

Previously, Intercard customers had to contact the company’s headquarters in St Louis, US, with the service affected by the international time difference.
