Gambling platform supplier Mediatech Solutions has found significant success with its Candy retail product and has included TAB Austria’s Go4Platinum terminals as part of its hardware offering.

Candy Platform

Candy is the retail extension of Mediatech’s omni-channel gaming platform, IRIS, which allows players to share their real-money wallet, bonuses and loyalty points between online, mobile and retail devices. Via Candy, operators can offer sports betting, slots, virtuals, bingo, table games and lottery with a variety of payment options.

The company chose TAB Austria’s hardware as part of its efforts to expand its retail B2B business.

“All of Mediatech’s Candy cabinets supplied by TAB Austria have been custom built and include the very latest peripherals available on the market today,” said Siegfried Dattl, TAB’s CEO.

At ICE earlier this month, Mediatech had its Candy terminals running on nine different stands, showing content from more than 20 game providers.

“Our goal is to offer operators total freedom and flexibility and to give players a world-class experience no matter what environment or device they choose to use – retail or online,” said Daniel Graetzer, executive director of Mediatech. “TAB’s Go4Platinum terminals provide operators with a perfect one-size-fits-all solution that is both attractive and well built.”

Dattl added: “Mediatech Solutions is internationally renowned for its unique technology. It is an excellent reference for us. We’re very confident that its retail extension, Candy, will enhance gaming and that Go4Platinum is the right choice for its customers.”
