Helix Leisure has appointed Darren Chia to the new position of chief product officer, with immediate effect.
Chia will oversee Helix Leisure’s four R&D teams in Perth, Singapore, Jakarta, and Pune and its supply chain management function. He will relocate to his native Singapore and report to chief executive Theo Sanders.
Chia joins from the displays business unit at PC giant Lenovo, based in Beijing. Previously, he has held senior roles at technology firms including Razer and Dell.
Sanders said: “With Darren, we’re adding a world-class technology executive to Helix Leisure’s ranks.”
