Three leisure properties in the UK, including two Mecca Bingo sites, have been acquired by Ediston Property Investment Company for £10m.
The two units let to Mecca Bingo are located in Liverpool and Hartlepool, while the third site is part of the Southwater Square leisure development in Telford. The latter is let to Rank Group’s gaming division.
All three leases run until September 2022.
“The purchase provides the company with a robust income stream at an attractive initial yield but with asset management angles to be exploited,” said director of investment at Ediston Properties, Calum Bruce.
