QubicaAMF Worldwide, the leading manufacturer of bowling and mini bowling products, has announced the promotion of Christophe Chauvard to general manager for the French office and territories including France, the French-speaking areas of Switzerland and all French-speaking African countries.

Chauvard, with a background in different aspects commercial real estate, joined the company in June 2014 as marketing and commercial director for French territories, replacing Eric Fauville, who retired after 40 years’ service. He is responsible for leading the local marketing and sales force, as well as ensuring quality service to customers in the region for products including the BES X – the Bowler Entertainment System. He will continue to report to Gian Anestis Avraam, vice president international sales and business development for QubicaAMF.

“Since coming on board last year, Christophe has contributed to the strategic plan of the company, developed a new market positioning in the region and grown the French sales and marketing team,” said Avraam. “BES X centres are reporting typical increases in total revenue upwards of 20 per cent, more repeat business and longer customer visits within the first year of installing the system.”
