A major leisure and entertainment centre will be included in a new shopping mall in Timisoara, Romania.
Plaza Centers NV has received permission to build Timisoara Plaza, which will comprise 120 retail units including a hypermarket.
There will also be a series of international fashion outlets, a food court and the leisure and FEC.
Work on the project is set to begin during the first half of 2017 and will follow the construction of a similar development in the Serbian capital, Belgrade.
Timisoara is Romania’s third-largest city and has the lowest unemployment rate in the country.
