FECs dominate the Asian amusement market

IN Asia’s complex jigsaw of countries, ranging from the highly-developed to the overheating to the frontierland where opportunities abound, the family entertainment centre dominates the games business.  On the other side of the coin where gambling is permitted, the picture is not as confused as many believe.

Strict Muslim countries or countries where religion precludes gambling, any offer is rare and may only be confined to foreigners - Malaysia, for example.
