In addition to the ABBA band member Björn Ulvaeus, who is a guest speaker at the leadership breakfast, there are five days of programmes for operators.

The general educational programme offers more than 15 sessions covering attractions management, revenue operations and profit generation, customer satisfaction, marketing and leadership and developments in emerging markets. This year there will be for the first time sessions on government relations, safety, theming and design.

On the final day of the show, October 8, the focus will be on two industry segments, FECs and small parks with speakers from around Europe and as far away as Chile. There will also be a water parks forum and visits to Liseberg and Universeum.
