The 22 Napoleon Games arcades in Belgium have been sold to Waterland, the venture capital company which already has gaming industry interests, all subject to approval of the Belgian competition authorities.
Waterland has a majority stake in JvH Gaming in the Netherlands, the major operator with 7,000 pieces of equipment in 2,700 street locations, and also owns the 33-location Jack’s Casino chain of arcades.
The company has interest in 90 arcades in Germany under the Casino Royal brand and has been extensively involved with the Löwen Play chain of German arcades.
