Sankalp Entertainment, a popular name in the Indian entertainment industry, has implemented Semnox Solutions’ cashless debit card system at its Big Bang gaming zone in Nashik.

Semnox - India

Big Bang is the largest family entertainment centre in the city, with over 100 arcade, redemption and video games, along with bowling lanes, cricketing lanes and a full-fledged restaurant and bar called 31st Street Bar and Cafe.

Semnox implemented its latest line of wifi readers for the game machines, a fully-fledged dining restaurant module with complete inventory tracking and KOT printers, and provided the ability to manage various attractions such as a 9D theatre, bumper cars and augmented reality, making the centre completely cashless.

“We were extremely happy with the speed at which Semnox completed the implementation given the short notice we have on opening our centre,” said Ashish Ghelani, CEO of Sankalp. “The unique thing about Parafait is its ability to adapt itself to our requirements, making the implementation and training process seamless. We get very valuable insights on the revenue collections each day and a detailed game metric report that is so easy to interpret at the end of the day through Parfait’s reporting module.

“Also, Parafait’s internet management module makes our lives so much easier in managing our centre considering the fact that most of the management team work out of a different location. We will be happy to recommend Semnox to other new and existing family entertainment centres and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship moving forward.”

Manuel Praveen, head of India sales at Semnox Solutions, said: “We are pleased to welcome Big Bang to our rapidly expanding customer base in India.

“This is testimony to prove that Parafait is a complete cashless solution not only to manage entertainment centres but also restaurants, food courts and attractions. We have come a long way over the years from being just a debit card solution provider to the entertainment industry to a complete solutions provider for this industry.”
