Triotech announced plans to develop a new interactive dark ride attraction for California’s Knott’s Berry Farm, part of the Cedar Fair Entertainment company, at the IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando this week.
Voyage to the Iron Reef, which is designed to transport the audience to a an imaginary aquatic world, will feature a submarine-inspired vehicle and 3D-based projection technology. Riders will blast scavenging creatures, ballooning puffer fish and other 3D creatures
It will also boast a number of hidden elements designed to encourage guests to experience the ride over and over again. The attraction will be opened in 2015.
