Adult gaming centre operator Talarius has relaunched its Quicksilver venue in Clapham Junction, London, UK, describing it as a “next generation model” for future arcades.

Clapham launch

The newly refurbished property now features 90 gaming machines – more than double its previous total – including four Storm cabinets, bringing server-based technology to the location. The venue will now be used as a testing ground to trial new machines and content as they develop.

Talarius’ chief operating officer Peter Harvey said: “We are delighted to have launched this outstanding venue, which serves as an example of the high quality that Talarius venues are capable of achieving.

“The upgrades will increase operational efficiency and ensure that we are providing the best possible service for our customers, keeping them coming back again and again. We are certain that the modernisation of this venue will be the first of many.”

Talarius revealed that it is also refurbishing its Quicksilver venue in Sunderland to bring it into line with the Clapham location. This will open to customers from October.
