US jukebox specialist TouchTunes is reportedly exploring a sale that could amount to $500m.

According to Reuters, sources close to the matter said that the company is working with Moelis & Co, an investment bank, to find a buyer.

TouchTunes’ interactive music and entertainment platform is featured in 73,000 locations across North America and Europe.

In June this year, the company acquired Soundnet, a UK-based supplier of audio and visual content to bars, clubs and other venues, adding 13,000 jukebox sites in Europe to its portfolio.
