Holly Meidl is taking on the new role of director of innovation at Bay Tek Games.
Meidl, as the former director of marketing, was promoted to the role as part of the company’s emphasis on innovation.
“By using innovation principles, we will develop a sustainable core product line for our existing markets and we will use those same principles to find new markets for future growth,” she said. "The world around us is changing at a rapid pace and if we want to be here in 20 years from now it's pertinent that we evolve with the changes our consumers desire so we can provide products and services that are relevant.”
It was one of several changes announced by the US-based amusement equipment specialist, with Matt Connell joining the company as director of finance and Rob Ozarowicz, formally inside sales, now director of operations.
